- Directly contacting customers to bypass the platform’s processes.
Performance Monitoring
- Seller performance will be evaluated based on metrics like timely order fulfillment, return rates, and customer feedback.
- Poor performance may result in warnings, penalties, or account suspension.
Account Termination
- Sellers can terminate their accounts with prior notice. However, all pending orders and disputes must be resolved before termination.
- Bruhashith reserves the right to terminate accounts for violations of this policy.
